I got back on Weight Watchers almost a month ago. I am losing weight again, but it is slow. I remember when I first got on it, I lost 5lbs that first week. Crazy, right?
Well, now it’s just slowly coming off. But the good thing is that I know I’m on the right path and I don’t have that much to lose. I just need to vent my weight loss frustrations with you guys.
I guess it’s just frustrating because I lost it so quickly the first time. Why is it so much harder now? And I just want to lose 5lbs. Why does that seem more daunting than 20lbs? It’s crazy. I know, I KNOW, that losing 5lbs is so much easier than trying to tackle 20lbs. But sometimes it just seems to be so much harder and take longer. I wish I knew why that was!
I’m not complaining or anything. I know it’s working and I am losing weight. I just sometimes wish it would go away faster, you know?
