Jeremy and I both want to start off 2013 well, so we are going to the gym again and eating better.
Eating better can mean many different things to different people. I am one that loves meats and breads and dairy…all of it. Jeremy is too, but we know that this is not the healthiest lifestyle and we want to change some aspects of our diets. But I wouldn’t mind keeping some of those things in our diets as well.
I mentioned a few days ago that we will probably be going vegan again this year. I like eating vegan. It makes me feel better about myself and what I am putting in my body. I mean, you really can’t go wrong with tons of delicious veggies in your diet.
But I also love meat and that has been something that is very hard to give up. I like the idea of a Paleo type of lifestyle because it gets rid of the breads and processed foods, but you still get your meat fix. You still eat a ton of veggies with meats, but no grains.
One positive to going vegan is that it is cheap. And I mean CHEAP. I love that aspect of it. But on the other side, if we go Paleo we can still eat meat every day.
Which of these 2 options is healthier?
