Disclaimer: I received a coupon code to get this card for free. I did pay for shipping. All opinions are my own.
I was contacted by Cardstore back in May to review a custom made card for the blog. Yes, it took me almost 2 months to figure out what I wanted to create a card for.
I decided on our 3 year anniversary. I was going to use the card for my wedding card to him, but seeing that it is a year away, I don’t think I can keep it secret for that long. Plus, our anniversary is this week, so it works out even better!
This website was so easy to use. You can pick any type of card, and they have tons, for your card. They can even mail it to the person you are sending it to if needed. I mean, cool right?
Since we had just gotten our engagement pictures done, I knew I wanted to use those. So I found a blank card that I could use the pictures.
This is what I made the front of the card look like. Cute right? My camera didn’t do a great job of taking a good picture. I am blaming the photo quality on my phone camera and not on Cardstore. It isn’t them…I swear!
The cardstock that they use is a really high quality cardstock. And this is from someone who used to work in an Office Depot, so I know the difference!
I chose to have a blank card so that I have plenty of room to insert the lovey dovey stuff. Gotta have that on an anniversary card!
The back of the card seems pretty standard with just their logo.
Here is another shot of the front of the card I made.
Overall, I really liked this company and my card. They were easy to work with and I got a high quality product for a very reasonable price. *Yes, I received the card for free, but their prices were very reasonable if you had to pay for it. Most cards are less than Hallmark cards that you find at the grocery store.
The one thing I wasn’t loving was the size of the card. It ended up being a lot smaller than I was expecting, but I still love it anyways. It’s pretty perfect besides that!
What do you guys think?
