I love a good smoothie. Do you? I searched and searched for an easy smoothie recipe that I could quickly make for breakfast in the mornings. I decided to just come up with one myself, which I think is fabulous. It is chock full of delicious fruits and veggies and tastes good too. Don’t let the green color fool you. I promise it is delicious!
There you have it! A super easy and delicious smoothie recipe. I will be using this recipe as a base and changing up the fruits every morning. Blueberries would be good in this as well.
I was really skeptical about adding spinach to my usual fruit smoothie, but I have to say that we will probably be drinking more of these in the future. It was easy to do, my blender didn’t die (always a good thing) and there was very little prep involved. Yes, you have to take the skin off the oranges, but that was easy. I also love this because there are so many variations you could do with it. The possibilities are endless! Jeremy even tried it and although he didn’t love it as much as I did, he didn’t say it was terrible. I will take that as a win!
I also do not own a Vitamix. But my Kitchenaid blender did a great job of chopping those veggies and really liquifying the goodies. So so good!
