Back in March, I wrote a post about switching to a new company. A company that seemed to care about you as a blogger and listened to your needs and wants. I talked about a company that truly seemed to do everything it could to distance itself from it’s competitor, and after all this time, I still feel I made the right choice in switching.
What am I talking about? Simply, why I decided to switch from Passionfruit to Adproval.
Deciding to switch 6 months ago was a difficult decision, as I discussed, because I knew Passionfruit and understood it. Learning Adproval hasn’t been the easiest, but it’s also not that difficult. Despite that, I have stayed with Adproval and will continue to stay with them. (Psst: They now have a Facebook page. Go and check it out!)
And here is why: They simply care about you – the blogger.
It doesn’t matter if you have 10,000 followers or 50, they simply care about you and really listen to your feedback. They want to make your life easier, and will work really hard to get you everything you want. Are they perfect? Of course not. But, you know that when you send them an email or tweet, they will get back to you. They also keep you updated on any new Advertisers that they have brought on for you to work with.
They also want your feedback.
I think it’s so important for a company to listen to the users or customers paying for the service. If you aren’t getting responses, or refunds aren’t coming your way, or people seem really angry at the company, that looks bad on so many levels. When bloggers can rave about you and your services, you know you are doing something right. And knowing that they value what we have to say and how we want things to look makes a huge difference in my book.
There are things that Adproval doesn’t do right now that Passionfruit does. (They are little cosmetic things that don’t really matter to me). Knowing that Adproval understands these limitations and are working on solves for them makes me happy. They take your suggestions and want to make them work for everyone. And their reasoning behind why they haven’t done these small cosmetic things totally makes sense to me. They want more Advertisers for bloggers to work with.
The advertisers are fantastic and right at your fingertips.
For anyone who doesn’t know this, Advertisers are businesses that you get to apply to work with. They send you product to test out and possibly give away in exchange for an honest review. I have no problem giving honest feedback when it comes to companies, but it is also nice that I get the power to pick and choose who I want to work with.
I simply have to go to the Marketplace in Adproval and choose Advertisers. I can browse tons of options and decide who I want to work with. They have such a wide variety of Advertisers that there is something there for every type of blogger out there.
Because Adproval is amazing, they are giving away Adproval for free for life.
Don’t worry…Adproval is not starting to charge a monthly fee or anything like that. They are giving away the option to take away the 10% fee that they charge on every sale you make. So, you really can enjoy Adproval for free for the rest of your life and not pay them a dime for their great service.
That sounds like a win-win in my book, doesn’t it to you? Who wouldn’t want to win this great offer of free Adproval for life?
